It's summer in the Cowichan Valley and that means more sunshine, more people and more Ultimate.
Cowichan Ultimate meets every Thursday at Cowichan Sports Plex. We play inside the track from 7:30-9:00 PM. We play on real grass, full field 7 on 7 coed.
League fee for our summer is $40 and will cover your insurance and field cost until the end of August.
